This broad range of expertise enables us to identify, source and secure land, lead the design and planning process, undertake the construction and financial management of the project and successfully market and sell the end product.
Our capability
PPD and Schick Civil
Whilst PPD is a standalone entity, it is also the sister company of Schick Civil, a 300-member civil construction firm. Also aligned to Schick Civil are other specialist construction, plant hire, landscaping and transportation firms which are integrated within the overall umbrella of the 400 strong Schick Group.
Whilst PPD does not work exclusively with Schick, the access to such a broad and experienced civils entity assists in accessing appropriately skilled and experienced contractor resource to successfully scope, design and complete PPD’s development projects.
